When you request a booking we collect the details you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the service address, and information about the job (service type, property details, your preferred date and time, and any notes). If you use the live chat, we keep the messages you send and the name you choose to share.
We use your information only to provide the service you asked for: confirming and scheduling your appointment, contacting you about the job, and answering your questions. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.
Booking and chat data is stored securely with our database provider (Supabase) and is accessible only to Edmonton Carpets Cleaning staff. We keep booking records for our business and accounting needs; you can ask us to delete your information at any time.
We take no payment online. Payment happens after the job, in person, so no payment-card details ever pass through this website.
