An online booking is a request, not a final contract — we confirm every appointment by phone or email. Online price estimates are based on the details you provide; the final price is confirmed on-site before any work begins. There are no hidden materials or disposal fees.
Plans change — call us at (613) 263-9109 to reschedule or cancel at no charge. We appreciate as much notice as you can give so we can offer the slot to someone else.
If you're not happy with an area we cleaned, tell us within 48 hours and we'll come back and re-clean it free of charge. Some stains and pre-existing damage can't be fully corrected by any cleaning method; we'll always tell you what to expect before we start.
Payment is due when the job is complete, by cash, card, or e-transfer. Commercial clients can arrange invoicing.
We're licensed and insured. We treat your home or business with care; in the unlikely event of damage caused by our work, contact us right away and we'll make it right through our insurance.
